This should contain public content stuff like blogs. It should:
- replace laurivan.com
- replace sillyjokes.???
- Have a content creation thing
- is available on envoy-external (aka web-accessible)
Notes:
- Depends on DB and a robust backup
- must contain only production-ready stuff
