Now, lines containing "ERROR" (case-insensitive) and all subsequent lines are logged at the info level, while other lines are logged at the debug level. This is because when Stream interact with files, Java can ONLY close the Stream during garbage-collection finalization, which is not guaranteed to run promptly or at all before the JVM exits, creating a memory leak.
