Refactors and extends .github/scripts/sync_translations.py to support reading, updating, and cleaning up ignored translation keys via scripts/ignore_locales.toml. Now, when a previously ignored key is translated, it is automatically removed from the ignore list. Also updates the de-DE translation.json to move the 'mobile' section and adjusts formatting in ignore_locales.toml.

Add linting to frontend ( #4341 )

# Description of Changes
There's no current linter running over our TypeScript code, which means
we've got a bunch of dead code and other code smells around with nothing
notifying us. This PR adds ESLint with the typescript-eslint plugin and
enables the recommended settings as a starting point for us.
I've disabled all of the failing rules for the scope of this PR, just to
get linting running without causing a massive diff. I'll follow up with
future PRs that enable the failing rules one by one.
Also updates our version of TypeScript, which introduces a new type
error in the code (which I've had to fix)

- Added a new top‐level `.dockerignore` to exclude build artifacts,

ci(github-actions): improve concurrency grouping with PR number fallback ( #4101 )

# Description of Changes
- Updated the `concurrency.group` key in the following GitHub Actions
workflows:
- `.github/workflows/build.yml`
- `.github/workflows/check_properties.yml`
- `.github/workflows/sonarqube.yml`
- The grouping string now uses `github.event.pull_request.number` (if
present) as a fallback before falling back to `ref_name` or `ref`.
- This helps ensure better grouping for PR-based workflows, improving
job cancellation behavior and avoiding unnecessary parallel job
execution when multiple pushes occur on the same PR.
No functional behavior is changed in the actual build or check logic.

chore(pre-commit): enable test source formatting and build validation on push to main ( #4067 )

# Description of Changes
This PR improves the pre-commit workflow and formatting configuration to
enforce consistency and catch issues earlier in CI:
- **Pre-commit workflow (`pre_commit.yml`)**:
- Trigger now runs on `push` to `main` (previously scheduled weekly
only).
- Adds a `gradlew clean build` step to ensure the codebase compiles as
part of the pre-commit validation.
- Configures Java 17 using the Temurin distribution via
`actions/setup-java`.
- **.pre-commit-config.yaml**:
- Updated `ruff` to version `v0.12.7` (from `v0.12.0`).
- Updated `gitleaks` to `v8.28.0` (from `v8.27.2`).
- **Spotless configuration**:
- Added formatting for `test` sources across all Gradle modules
(`common`, `core`, `proprietary`, `stirling-pdf`).
- Ensures that test code follows the same formatting rules as production
code.
These changes help improve early feedback in development and CI by
integrating linting, formatting, and build checks directly into the
workflow on code pushes.
