960d48f80c Customised Analytics for admins and users (#4687) 
Adds granular privacy controls for analytics - splits single
enableAnalytics toggle into separate PostHog and Scarf controls with
improved admin
  UX.

  Backend Changes

  Configuration (ApplicationProperties.java)
  - Added enablePosthog and enableScarf boolean fields
- New methods: isPosthogEnabled(), isScarfEnabled() (null = enabled when
analytics is on)

  Services
- PostHogService: Now checks isPosthogEnabled() instead of
isAnalyticsEnabled()
  - ConfigController: Exposes new flags via API
- SettingsController: Changed endpoint from @RequestBody to
@RequestParam

  Frontend Changes

  Architecture
- Converted useAppConfig hook → AppConfigContext provider for global
access
  - Added refetch() method for config updates without reload

  New Features
1. AdminAnalyticsChoiceModal: First-launch modal when enableAnalytics
=== null
    - Enable/disable without editing YAML
    - Includes documentation link
  2. Scarf Tracking System: Modular utility with React hook wrapper
    - Respects config + per-service cookie consent
    - Works from any code location (React or vanilla JS)
3. Enhanced Cookie Consent: Per-service toggles (PostHog and Scarf
separate)

  - App.tsx: Added AppConfigProvider + scarf initializer
  - HomePage.tsx: Shows admin modal when needed
  - index.tsx: PostHog opt-out by default, service-level consent

This PR migrates the login features from V1 into V2.

- Login via username/password
- SSO login (Google & GitHub)
-- Fixed issue where users authenticating via SSO (OAuth2/SAML2) were
identified by configurable username attributes (email,
preferred_username, etc.), causing:
  - Duplicate accounts when username attributes changed
  - Authentication failures when claim/NameID configuration changed
  - Data redundancy from same user having multiple accounts
- Added `sso_provider_id` column to store provider's unique identifier
(OIDC sub claim / SAML2 NameID)
- Added `sso_provider` column to store provider name (e.g., "google",
"github", "saml2")
  - User.java:65-69

  Backend Changes:
- Updated UserRepository with findBySsoProviderAndSsoProviderId() method
(UserRepository.java:25)
- Modified UserService.processSSOPostLogin() to implement lookup
priority:
    a. Find by (`ssoProvider`, `ssoProviderId`) first
    b. Fallback to username for backward compatibility
c. Automatically migrate existing users by adding provider IDs

- Updated saveUserCore() to accept and store SSO provider details

(default: 1000)
- Updated RateLimitResetScheduler to use @Scheduled(cron =
"${security.rate-limit.reset-schedule:0 0 0 * * MON}")

- Updated SecurityConfiguration.rateLimitingFilter() to use configured
value (SecurityConfiguration.java:377)

- Added /api/v1/config to permitAll endpoints

  Frontend:
- AuthProvider now checks enableLogin before attempting JWT validation

- If enableLogin=false, skips authentication entirely and sets
session=null
- Landing component bypasses auth check when enableLogin=false
(Landing.tsx:42-46)
- Added createAnonymousUser() and createAnonymousSession() utilities

5354f08766 Chore/v2/right rail cleanup (#4689)

- Migrated all dynamic right-rail controls into their owning views (file
editor, page editor, viewer) using dedicated helper hooks, so the rail
is
    purely a renderer now.
- Tightened layout/animation: dynamic buttons grow in with a top-down

d2de8e54aa change bulk selection panel to allow more versatile input (#4394) 
# Description of Changes

- Add features to BulkSelectionPanel to allow more versatility when
selecting pages
- Make changes to Tooltip to: Remove non-existent props delayAppearance,
fixed defaults no hardcoded maxWidth, and documented new props
(closeOnOutside, containerStyle, minWidth). Clarify pinned vs. unpinned
outside-click logic, hover/focus interactions, and event/ref
preservation.
- Made top controls show full text always rather than dynamically
display the text only for the selected items

8f32082145 Feature/v2/all tools sidebar (#4151) 
# Description of Changes

- Added the all tools sidebar
- Added a TextFit component that shrinks text to fit containers
- Added a TopToolIcon on the nav, that animates down to give users
feedback on what tool is selected
- Added the baseToolRegistry, to replace the old pattern of listing
tools, allowing us to clean up the ToolRegistry code
- Fixed Mantine light/dark theme race condition 
- General styling tweaks

FileManager Component Overview

Purpose: Modal component for selecting and managing PDF files with
preview capabilities

  Architecture:
- Responsive Layouts: MobileLayout.tsx (stacked) vs DesktopLayout.tsx
(3-column)
- Central State: FileManagerContext handles file operations, selection,
and modal state
  - File Storage: IndexedDB persistence with thumbnail caching

  Key Components:
  - FileSourceButtons: Switch between Recent/Local/Drive sources
  - FileListArea: Scrollable file grid with search functionality
- FilePreview: PDF thumbnails with dynamic shadow stacking (1-2 shadow
pages based on file count)
  - FileDetails: File info card with metadata
  - CompactFileDetails: Mobile-optimized file info layout

  File Flow:
1. Users select source → browse/search files → select multiple files →
preview with navigation → open in
  tools
  2. Files persist across tool switches via FileContext integration
  3. Memory management handles large PDFs (up to 100GB+)

a9a41b3877 V2: Design Navbar (#4017) 
# Description of Changes

- Changed the navbar styling to include all the icons that were on our
figma design
- Added a new link to our index.html to include the MUI symbols. 
- I chose to keep the automate and read icons the same as they were
already because I feel as though they make more sense
