Add "" to go2rtc docs examples (#5292)

* Update live.md

Placed `ffmpeg:http_cam#audio=opus` in quotes so it doesn't appear as commented out in docs.

* Update restream.md

Placed `ffmpeg:http_cam#audio=opus` in quotes so it doesn't appear as commented out in docs.
