I've added a short hint to the page which might help others to resolve playback issues

### Infinite spinner when viewing a recording in browser
If you are experiencing issues when viewing a recording in your browser, this might be caused by the stream being in a format which your browser does not support. To validate this maybe being the issue, try to open the networkstream in VLC. You can grab the url (f.i. https://frigate/vod/garden/start/1735560000/end/1735562134/index-v1.m3u8) of the stream via the developer-console of your browser.
In VLC you can then check the codec-info of the stream.
