Optimize stacked recordings (#6809)

* Make camera recordings mover asynchronous

* Formatting

* Move to using cv2 instead of external ffmpeg process

* Use ffprobe if cv2 failed

* Formatting

* Fix bad access

* Formatting

* Update frigate/record/maintainer.py
