Tuurkevg bcc26dd86a Update docs to reflect recommended custom birdseye icon size (#4065 )

* ffmpeg stopped working without correct png size

When I made my own size for my picture,  ffmpeg stopped working. Only with a size of 180x180 my frigate runs normal
