Add new KNX_NO_STRTOx_CONVERSION define for footprint reduction (#137)

Browse Source 
* Remove uniqueSerialNumber debug log to reduce footprint

* add KNX_NO_STRTOx_CONVERSION to avoid expensive strtod conversion
