Allow Setting Value of GroupObject (KO) with Checking Change after Conversion by valueNoSendCompare(..)

* Return if Value was Changed
* Always Set the First Value
* Copy on Changes Only
* Make Comparison Independent of Sending
* Extend Doc of `valueNoSendCompare(..)`; Add Note for using `valueNoSend(..)`
