fix: Update UI labeling: custom constraint -> (strategy) constraint ( #2101 )

* fix: change every instance of "custom constraint"
This changes every instance of "custom constraint" to "constraint" or
"strategy constraint" depending on the context.
* fix: rename custom-constraint.png to avoid confusion
* Update images-constraints
