de16a7854d fix: LogProvider as option injected to unleash. 
Instead of instructing users to do static calls
in to Unleash, she should instead be allwed to
specify the log provider as an option to Unleash.

This commit introduces the "getLogger" option,
a function responsible for creating a logger.

ab3694cc94 Remove client_strategies table 
We can just have a strategies column in the client_applications
table. This solves all our needs, and thus avoids the need
for an extra table.

b56be10276 Added enpoint for fetching application implementing a strategy 
`/api/client/applications?strategyName=foo` now returns list of
apps implementing that strategy!
