Integrates auto traffic bundle billing with PAYG.
Currently assumes the PAYG traffic bundle will have the same
`$5/1_000_000` cost as the existing Pro traffic bundle, with the same
`53_000_000` included requests. However some adjustments are included so
it's easier to change this in the future.
## About the changes
Adds a summary card that sums up data usage for selected month, and for
Pro shows monthly quota and badge color according to monthly quota
Provides store method for retrieving traffic usage data based on
period parameter, and UI + ui hook with the new chart for displaying
traffic usage data spread out over selectable month.
In this PR we copied and adapted a plugin written by DX for highlighting
a column in the chart:
There are some minor improvements planned which will come in a separate
PR, reversing the order in legend and tooltip so the colors go from
light to dark, and adding a month -sum below the legend

## About the changes
Network overview was not escaping square brackets from app names and
that caused mermaid graph to break. We've also identified problems with
quotes and some characters not showing properly when using utf-8 (but
still no solution for this). We're going to be testing the utf-8 issue
in our sandbox instances.

This PR uses `main-theme` as a placeholder for `dark-theme` for now due

## About the changes
We've found that 60000 was just 1 minute and we wanted it to be 10
minutes so we were missing 1 zero and sometimes in 1 minute we didn't
have data. This is still an assumption we'll verify in sandbox

This fixes response time metrics with app names when the app just starts
and has zero which is falsy. We want to compare against undefined (which
means the snapshot is not yet ready)

To avoid showing too much data in the traffic screen, limit the number
of results to `topk`.
## Discussion points
Top 10 is a rule of thumb, but maybe we could do top 25. Until we gather
more data, I believe this should be good enough

This PR improves our queries to Prometheus (instead of making multiple queries do only one) and improves the UI and the code.
The reports aggregate all HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, OPTIONS, HEAD and PATCH) without distinction under the same "endpoint" (a relative path inside unleash up to a certain depth)

Adds lazy loading to the network routes, so we end up with smaller
chunks in the build.
Also adds a `start:prod` script that can prove useful to test the chunk
loading behaviour locally.
