Adapts the current integrations page to the incoming webhooks feature,
which includes things like:
- Displaying both configured and available integrations in a single
"page block"
- Implement tabs
- Add "Incoming Webhooks" integration card
- Adapt the existing `IntegrationCard` component to support `onClick`
This also includes a small girl scouting fix: Some tabs (like on the
roles page) did not correctly reflect the active tab.

Follows up on https://github.com/Unleash/unleash/pull/4853 to add Biome
to the frontend as well.
Added a few `biome-ignore` to speed up the process but we may want to
check and fix them in the future.

## About the changes
Refactoring the colors for the light theme to be much easier to continue
with dark mode
This is the first step to finish dark mode

This PR uses `main-theme` as a placeholder for `dark-theme` for now due
to the new changes. Still need to set the correct values here.
